We use a professional web meeting software which enables us to share screen and keyboard controls with our clients. Software consulting and coaching over the web is not only cost-effective, but provides the ultimate in privacy and convenience for our clients.
All you need is a quiet place to work without interruptions, an internet connection, and a phone with a headset, so that your hands are free to participate in the live training.
This is not a video presentation you sit back and watch - it's real-time learning with you and your coach. View our screen or we work from yours; you control the keyboard and mouse or we do. It's the best in teamwork while you learn. Our clients love it!

I recently bought the Windows 7 upgrade and had no clue what to with it, let alone installing it into my computer. I read the directions which were several pages long and it was asking me to save my files onto somehting!!??
