Her background spans 20 years of systems work at AT&T, where she specialized in Project Management, Customer Support, Software Documentation and Client Training. Since 2004, Susana has served on the Board of several professional organizations as well as the First Presbyterian Church of Hanover. |
Mike’s experience in customer service, troubleshooting, problem solving & architecture planning in the technical field span over 20 years among AT&T, T-Mobile, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Throughout his career he's been recognized as a leader in providing technical expertise and premiere customer service. For several years, Mike has also volunteered as coach in youth soccer and youth ice hockey. Mike is based in Mt. Olive, NJ. |
