The information was presented in a way that I, as a very non-technical student, could easily understand. Any question asked was answered very professionally which is very much appreciated that they spoke at my level of experience. I was never made to feel like I had a "stupid" question and they were always attentive to make sure the questions were fully addressed.
I encourage people to take the class - there are so many hints offered that you just wouldn't know or find if you were attempting to navigate it on your own.
