Who Is Home & Office Computer Training?

In January of 2004, “Learn At Home Computing”, was a simple, private computer tutoring business. Through the years, the increasing demand for quality software coaching has led to several developments. The company name is Home & Office Computer Training. We offer the highly effective software consulting, coaching and concierge services via our small classes, private coaching, and training the staff members of businesses and non-profit organizations.

Tech Coaches Susana Fonticoba and Mike Kern are Constant Contact Solution Providers and Batch Book Experts in addition to having expertise in MS Office and Social Media.

Joining the partners is a variety of seasoned professionals with expertise in several areas, from Adobe to QuickBooks. We select our freelancers based not only on their technical skills and years of experience, but also their down-to-earth, friendly personalities.

From time to time we also invite Guest Instructors into our East Hanover Coaching Center to deliver popular courses for small business owners.

Based in East Hanover, NJ, Susana is the Founder and Principle of Home & Office Computer Training. Her background spans 20 years of systems work at AT&T, where she specialized in Project Management, Software Documentation, and Client Training.

She specializes in empowering the small business owner with the confidence and computer skills they need to exceed their expectations.

Susana serves on the Board of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, the Morris Chapter of the NJ Association of Women Business Owners, and the First Presbyterian Church of Hanover. She is currently the President of Morris NJAWBO and was voted Business Woman of the Year in 2010.

Mike is a self-proclaimed “fear and apprehension relief specialist” of computer training & technology. His experience in customer service, troubleshooting, problem solving & architecture planning in the technical field and private sector span over 20 years between AT&T, T-Mobile, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.

Throughout his career he’s been recognized as a leader in providing technical expertise and premiere customer service. Mike has volunteered as a youth soccer coach from 1988-2008 and continues to coach youth ice hockey since 1993. Mike is based in Mt. Olive, NJ.
